Shredded pork with vegetables
Ingredients:
500g Pork belly
3-4 Green and red chilies
4-5 pieces of garlic
Half onion
Seasonings and sauces:
1 tbsp of Chinese cooking wine
2 tbsp of light soy sauce
1 tbsp of dark soy sauce
1 tbsp of cooking oil
Appropriately salt
Method:
Slice the pork belly into thin slices, cut the green chilies, red chilies and onions into small pieces.
Stir fry the pork belly slices in the pan until the pork belly slices turn slightly brown. Then side the pork belly slices aside.
Add the chilies, garlic and onions into the pan, stir fry them about 30 seconds until fragrant as well, then put the pork belly slices into them and stir fry about 1 minute.
Then add 1 tbsp of Chinese cooking wine, 2 tbsp of light soy sauce, 1 tbsp of dark soy sauce, or appropriate salt (optional). Then stir fry them together about 1-2 minutes.
Ready to serve.
Braised pork ribs
Ingredients:
1Kg American pork ribs (cut to small pieces)
Seasonings and sauces:
1 Spring onion
3-5 pieces of garlic
3-4 pieces of ginger
6-8 pieces of Sichuan peppercorns
2 pieces of star anise,
2-3 pieces of Murcia
1 piece of Chinese cinnamon
2 tbsp of Chinese cooking wine
3 tbsp of light soy sauce
1 tbsp of dark soy sauce
1 tsp of white sugar
2 tbsp of cooking oil
Appropriately salt
Appropriately boiled water
Method:
Boil the pork ribs in the cold water.
Once you’ve boiled it, remove them from the water.
Heat 2 tsp of cooking oil in the pan at medium to high heat. Add the spring onions, gingers and garlic then stir them for half a minute.
Add pork ribs and continue stirring for about 1-2 minutes, until the pork ribs turn slightly brown on both sides.
Then add the rest of sauces, stir a few minutes, then add some water over the pork ribs at the high heat about 2 minutes. Then turn to medium heat for cooking them about 15-20 minutes (please watch out the water, if there is not enough water please add appropriate water in the pan).
When there is only one-third of the sauce is left turns to high heat and add appropriate salt (optional), then stirs them until the sauce starts to thicken slightly.
Now is ready to serve. Enjoy!
Coke Chicken Wings
Ingredients:
1 kg of Chicken wings
A bottle of coke
Seasonings and sauces:
3-5 pieces of garlic
3-4 pieces of ginger
2 pieces of anise
2-3 pieces of Murcia
1 piece of Chinese cinnamon
2 tbsp of Chinese cooking wine
2 tbsp of light soy sauce
1 tbsp of dark soy sauce
1 tsp of cooking oil
Appropriately salt
Method:
Boil the pork ribs in the cold water.
Once you’ve boiled it, remove them from the water.
Add 1 tbsp of cooking oil into the pan for heating, then add chicken wings to fry until two sides are turning to yellow.
Add ginger, garlic, light soy sauce and dark soy sauce and Chinese cooking wine into the pan and then stir fry them for 30 seconds to 60 seconds.
Then add coke, anise, Murcia and Chinese cinnamon.
Boil them for 10 to 15 minutes (please watch out the pan, if there is not enough water please add appropriate water or coke).
When there is only one-third of the sauce is left turns to high heat and add appropriate salt (optional), then stirs them until the sauce starts to thicken slightly.
Scrambled eggs and tomatoes
Ingredients:
4 eggs
2-3 tomatoes
Seasonings and sauces:
Appropriately salt
2-4 tsp cooking oil
Method:
Scramble the eggs and slice the tomatoes.
Heat the pan, then heat 2 tsp cooking oil. Add the eggs and cook till ¾ done, then remove from pan.
Add a bit more cooking oil if needed, then the tomatoes, cook the tomatoes till they are soft and fragrant. Add the eggs to the tomatoes and stir fry everything together, then add salt.
Stir them about 2-3 minutes, then ready to serve.
oil spill noodles
Ingredients:
3 serve of Chinese noodles for 3 bowls
1 bunch of green vegetables, such as Bok Choy/Chinese Mustard/Cabbage
1 cup of chopped Bean Sprouts
Seasonings and sauces:
4 tbsp of Chinese black vinegar
1.5 tbsp of soy sauce
¼ tsp of chicken essence powder
3 tbsp of minced garlic
3 tbsp of chopped spring onion
1-2 tbsp of chili powder
Water
Appropriately salt
Method:
Place the noodle in boiling water and cook at high for 5-10 minutes, do not overcook the noodle. Add the vegetables in boiling water as well about 2-3 minutes. Then place the noodle into the cold water for 30 seconds.
Add the Chinese black vinegar, soy sauce, and stir them with noodle, then put noodle and vegetables in the bowls. Then put the chicken essence powder, minced garlic, chopped spring onion and chili powder (according to the spiciness of your liking) over the needle.
Meanwhile, heat up appropriate cooking oil. Then pour these cooking oil over the needle, and try to pour cooking oil on the chili powder and minced garlic.
Mix them together and ready to eat.
